I defended her on TV but she was sleeping with my man — Caroline Danjuma calls out friend

Nollywood actress Caroline Danjuma has accused a close friend of allegedly having a relationship with her then-boyfriend while they were still together, describing the alleged betrayal as one of the most painful experiences she has endured.

In a series of emotional posts shared on social media, the actress claimed she had publicly defended the woman on national television, unaware that she was allegedly involved with the man who has since become her ex.

According to Caroline, she had noticed signs of the alleged affair but chose to remain silent at the time.

"Funny how I pretend I am stupid, but I know the girl I defended on National TV was sleeping with my man while I was with him, now my ex. She was in clubs with her American friends twerking on him. I act like I don't see it, but I see it all.

"Posting his cars and everything. Now I know why your baby daddy didn't choose you. You're dirt. You sleep with your friend's man. You pretend you like us, but you sleep with your friend's man.

"Yet you post pictures like you're good. Girl, you are dirt. The dirtiest part of dirt. Will never defend you again.

"She will like your papa and show you fake love, checking up on you. Dirty piece of condemned rubbish, you will always be.

"Yeah, I am a lover. I respect people's relationships. You dirty clown," she wrote.

Although Caroline did not mention any names, her posts have sparked widespread speculation on social media, with fans trying to identify the individuals involved.

Earlier this year, on International Women's Day, the actress opened up about life after her divorce, revealing how society often makes divorced women feel like they are failures.

She recalled being advised to stop posting photos of her children online to avoid discouraging potential partners, but firmly rejected the suggestion.

Caroline stated that she is proud to be the mother of three children and would never hide them or choose a relationship over them.

The actress was married to businessman Musa Danjuma, the younger brother of former Minister of Defence Theophilus Danjuma. The couple got married in 2007 before ending their marriage in 2016.

Reflecting on the divorce in an earlier Instagram post, Caroline admitted that she initially blamed herself for the collapse of the marriage and struggled with feelings of failure before eventually moving on.
